The Allied Coordinating Council of Islamic NGOs Malaysia (ACCIN) calls for the immediate indictment of the Israeli Prime Minister in the International Criminal Court for war crimes committed openly before the eyes of the world.
The huge outcry by the world community of the oppression and war crimes by the Zionist Israeli apartheid forces has fallen on deaf ears of the so called civilized western leaders who have given Netanyahu their tacit support. This has emboldened the war criminal to act arbitrarily against all rules of international and human right laws.
The hands of these western leaders supporting Netanyahu are soaked with the blood of innocent Palestinian children killed in the attack.

The bombing of the Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza on 18th October 2023. Bombs came without warning and targeted the center of the courtyard where people were taking refuge, hundreds of them. Hundreds of bodies were lying in the courtyard, initially thought to be 500, then rose to 877, many children among the dead. The courtyard water fountain was the only water source for those without water supply from nearby areas. Videos were clearly shown on TV.
The complete deprivation of water, electricity and food supply to an already oppressed people in an Israeli concentration camp. No civilized nation on Earth would agree that depriving children of food and water is acceptable. Anyone with a conscience surely and strongly believes a civilian population should never be punished in this way. It’s collective punishment, it’s a war crime.
Every life is precious, but the root of this violence is occupation. It’s not complicated. It’s a settler colonial state imposing apartheid and oppression upon an indigenous people and that’s wrong for everywhere, for anybody. And it’s true that all the Palestinians want is freedom, and we must support that, and equal rights. The Western media has a duty now to tell the truth of what’s happening because we are seeing the worst horrors we could ever have imagined.
ACCIN together with the civilised world demand a ceasefire. We demand Israel stop bombing children. There must be a humanitarian corridor so aid and medical supplies could get in. We demand they have electricity. We demand there is food and water. This is an emergency now, a crisis, and people must rise to it.
ACCIN calls the ICC to take its responsibilities without fear or favour to bring the war criminal Netanyahu to justice. The world is watching.
